A high level of customer satisfaction overall was recently demonstrated by a telephone survey, which Schmersal carried out amongst its customers in Germany in cooperation with the Kay Forge Vertriebskommunikation agency. 97% of respondents would recommend Schmersal to others; 73% of these would recommend Schmersal “without reservation” and 24% “with reservation”. In addition to customer satisfaction, other elements of our cooperation were evaluated: Schmersal was rated highly in the areas of product quality and service quality with regards to the support provided by office and field staff. Areas for potential improvement were delivery time and in some cases payment terms.
The Schmersal Group would like to thank all of its customers for taking part and for helping Schmersal to continually further develop its product quality and services.
