New trainees at Schmersal

In the first week of August 2015, seven male and two female new recruits started their training at Schmersal’s administrative headquarters in Wuppertal. Two of the trainees will become machine tool engineers specialising in forming technology and two will learn electronics for operational engineering. A further two will be combining training as machine tool engineers with a dual mechanical engineering course over eight semesters at the University of Wuppertal. There is also one trainee each in specialist warehouse management and process management for plastics and rubber technology and one training to become an industrial management assistant. The training managers prepared a varied programme for the first week of training, with the focus on getting to know one another and also on another very important, fundamental topic: “industrial safety for all trainees”.
We wish all the new recruits every success!
