Information event on "Packaging Machine Language" - PackML

Schmersal is a member of the Packaging Excellence Center (PEC), which has become established as a centre of excellence for packaging and automation technology in Waiblingen near Stuttgart.
The PEC invites all interested parties to an informative practical dialogue with a live demo.  The theme of the event is "PackML - Status Quo and prerequisites for implementation for mechanical engineering," and it is organised in cooperation with OMAC (Organization for Machine Automation and Control). The shared machine language defined in the PackML standard makes it possible for machines to communicate with their users and higher-level information systems. Subjects of the event
• "Status Quo PackML" impetus presentation
• Demonstration of a machine with embedded PackML
• Programming tools - What does mechanical engineering need to do in terms of implementation? There is time for an open round of discussion and personal exchange for participants in the event after the presentation. When:
