Trade fair participation: Schmersal at the SPS IPC Drives 14

Now on video: Review of SPS 2014

"The best for last" - for Schmersal the SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg is always highlight and at the same time finale of a moving exhibition season. Around 1,600 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors attended the SPS this November, therefore ensuring that it remains a stimulating platform for innovative presentations and the exchange of information. "We had some intensive discussions at this year's SPS, which confirms to us that we are on the right track", Steffen Hönlinger head of marketing at Schmersal. "In particular, our new programmable safety controller - an important element in our products and services as a system provider, we received lots of positive feedback with this."
This year Schmersal could boast with two new items: One was the new security control PROTECT PSC1 (not yet available), which was shown at the SPS 2014 for the first time, and the theme night, this was a novelty at the Schmersal booth. On the subject of "Safety 4.0." there was an informative lecture and an interesting discussion with top experts. After a successful start there are to be follow-up theme nights.
