Franco Tomei
Frank is a Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario, with 18 years conducting Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews. He has taught machine safety classes with the IAPA and WSPS as part of the Ministry of Labour and helped develop the first version of Z432
Steven Lange
Steve has 23 years in the machine safety industry with 10 years performing safety integrations. He is a Functional Safety Engineer for the last 10 years (2015-2025). Steve also teaches Risk Assessment and general machine guarding principles to companies via our tec.nicum global team.
